UL1977是用于數(shù)據(jù)、信號、控制和電力應(yīng)用中使用的連接器UL認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，連接器UL1977認(rèn)證需要進行溫升測試。UL1977溫升測試是測試連接器在通最大額定電流情況下部件的溫度變化情況，以確定連接器工作時可被接觸到的部分，是否存在溫度過高造成人身傷害的風(fēng)險。

- The temperature measurement is to be made on the wiring terminals of each device

- The test is to continue for 4 hours even if stabilized temperatures are attained in a shorter period of time

- Three consecutive readings, taken at 5 minute intervals indicate no further rise above the ambient temperature
三次連續(xù)讀數(shù)，每次間隔5分鐘
- All contacts are to be connected in series so as to carry the same test current.

- Tested at a draft-free area having an ambient temperature of 25 ±5°C (77 ±9°F)

- The measured temperature shall not exceed the Relative Thermal Index (electrical) of the insulating material
UL：最高溫度不能超過塑料的RTI (Elec.) 值
UL+CUL：溫升不能超過30K。
