測(cè)試對(duì)象：

Normal： 13 條

Tightened： 20 條

Reduced： 5 條

測(cè)試方法：

在電源線或電線組件的載流線之間以及載流線與地線之間按下述任意一種方式測(cè)試:

a) 1250V 交流 (40 – 70Hz), 1 分鐘；

b) 1500V 交流 (40 – 70Hz), 1 秒鐘；

c) 1770V 直流, 1 分鐘；

d) 2100V 直流, 1 秒鐘。

判定：

任何兩根線間不能承受上述的測(cè)試均為不合格。

Dielectric Voltage-Withstand Test

104.1 Each cord set and power-supply cord shall be capable of withstanding without electrical breakdown，as a routine production line test，the application of a test potential between line conductors and between each line conductor and grounding conductor，if provided，using one of the following methods.

a) A1250Va-c(40-70Hz) test potential applied for 1 minute，

b) A1500Va-c(40-70Hz) test potential applied for 1 second，

c) A1770Vd-c test potential applied for 1 minute，or 

d) A2100Vd-c test potential applied for 1 second.

104.1 每一組電線和電源線應(yīng)能承受不發(fā)生電擊穿的情況，作為常規(guī)的生產(chǎn)線測(cè)試，使用下列方法之一，在導(dǎo)線之間和導(dǎo)線與接地導(dǎo)體之間施加測(cè)試電位。

a) A1250Va-c(40-70Hz)試驗(yàn)電勢(shì)施加1分鐘，

b) A1500Va-c(40-70Hz)試驗(yàn)電勢(shì)施加1秒，

c) A1770Vd-c試驗(yàn)電勢(shì)施加1分鐘，或

d) A2100Vd-c試驗(yàn)電勢(shì)施加1秒。

104.2 The test potential maybe gradually increased to the required value but the full value is to be applied for 1 second or 1 minute as required.

104.2 測(cè)試電位可能會(huì)逐漸增加到所需值，但應(yīng)根據(jù)需要應(yīng)用全部值1秒或1分鐘。

104.3 The test equipment for a-c testing shall include a transformer having an essentially sinusoidal output.

104.3 用于交流測(cè)試的測(cè)試設(shè)備應(yīng)包括具有基本正弦輸出的變壓器。

104.4 lf the output of the test equipment power-supply is less than 500VA，the equipment shall include a voltmeter in the output circuit to directly indicate the test potential，and an audible or visual indication of breakdown.In the event of breakdown，manual reset of an external switch is required or an automatic reject of the unit under test is to result.

104.4 如果測(cè)試設(shè)備電源的輸出小于500VA，設(shè)備應(yīng)在輸出電路中包括電壓表，以直接指示測(cè)試電位，并發(fā)出擊穿的聽覺(jué)或視覺(jué)指示。在發(fā)生故障時(shí)，需要手動(dòng)復(fù)位外部開關(guān)或自動(dòng)拒絕被測(cè)單元的結(jié)果。

104.5 If the output of the test equipment power-supply is500VAor larger，the test potential maybe indicated by a voltmeter in the primary circuit or in a tertiary winding circuit，by a selector switch marked to indicate the test potential，or by a marking in a readily visible location to indicate the test potential of equipment having a single test potential output.When marking is used without an indicating voltmeter，the equipment shall include a positive means such as a power-on lamp to indicate that the manual reset switch has been reset following a trip out.In the event of breakdown，manual reset of an external switch SW is required or an automatic reject of the unit under test is to result.

104.5 如果測(cè)試設(shè)備電源的輸出大于500VA或更大，則測(cè)試電位可能由初級(jí)電路或三級(jí)繞組中的電壓表指示，通過(guò)標(biāo)記的選擇開關(guān)來(lái)指示測(cè)試電位，或通過(guò)在容易看到的位置標(biāo)記來(lái)指示測(cè)試電位的設(shè)備具有單一的測(cè)試電位輸出。當(dāng)在沒(méi)有指示電壓表的情況下使用標(biāo)記時(shí)，設(shè)備應(yīng)包括一個(gè)正向裝置，例如上電燈，以指示手動(dòng)復(fù)位開關(guān)在跳閘后已復(fù)位。如果發(fā)生故障，需要手動(dòng)復(fù)位外部開關(guān)軟件，否則將導(dǎo)致被測(cè)單元的自動(dòng)拒絕。

104.6 Test equipment other than that described in 104.3-104.5 maybe used if found to accomplish the intended factory control.
